We extend a very warm welcome to Mark Eyles, who has just joined us as a Family Law and Divorce Solicitor – one of 3 brand new, very welcome appointments to the firm made during summer 2012. Having gained tremendous amounts of experience working as the head of the Family Department at a firm of lawyers in Wiltshire, a solicitor at a leading Oxfordshire firm and most recently occupying a senior position with a large regional firm in the Midlands, Mark comes to us specialising in high net worth financial disputes arising out of relationship breakdown and children matters – skills and experience valued by clients and ourselves alike.
A better way with Collaborative Law
Mark is a member of Resolution (the Solicitors Family Law Association as was) and is a fully trained and accredited Collaborative Lawyer, following guidelines set down by Resolution in order to resolve cases in a far more amicable, fair and cost effective way that might be possible with a court application. He is also a Resolution accredited specialist in Children matters.
The collaborative law training Mark received has provided him with an invaluable insight into the emotional, financial and practical difficulties that a relationship breakdown can impose on clients and children. We strongly champion Collaborative Law as an extremely effective, person friendly, approach to dispute resolution and are delighted to have another expert practitioner aboard.
Reasons to be be cheerful
Excuse our self-congratulation but we think that the we chose well in hiring Mark, for in addition to his Family Law expertise, he also specialises in the peculiar complexities of police and armed forces pension cases and has dealt with many cases involving company assets, taxation issue and overseas assets. Another of the many strings to his bow and a huge asset to his clients and us is his well established reputation as a very effective and talented advocate in court.
We are keenly aware that solicitors with Mark’s experience and specialist knowledge don’t walk in off the street every day and feel absolutely certain that we will benefit hugely from having him in their midst.
